Player's Complaint
I’ve deposited for first time in this Casino with a Halloween 15 Free Spins plus 450% Code with No Rules, No wagering Requirements. After that I had about 230 Usd in my account but totally converted to bonus amount (can’t even withdraw my original $50) I claimed and after that the legal department told me this on email: Unfortunately a refund cannot be process since the deposit was made thru Bitcoin.
The Processors decide to close your account since these kind of threats are taken very seriously on our end. Again I really apologize for the whole inconvenience but unfortunately this situation did now go out of our hands and we are not able to do anything regarding this matter.

This is your fourth complaint submitted to this service. In each case you have chosen to play with an operator that is negatively listed with us. If you ignore the advice that we give you are far more likely to experience problems.
We will try to contact the operator on your behalf - though they have never responded to any complaint submitted to us - but going forward this will be the last complaint we will intervene in for you against an operator that is negatively listed with our service where we are not legally required by our ADR remit to become involved.
