As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Prestige Spin do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

4th February they [EDIT] money from my account it said visa declined payment but the next day the funds had gone from my bank I’ve got screenshots I had to cancel my card

They asked me to use different payment options but obviously after taking my money I declined

Hi jamie.12177668,

In that case the operator have not refused to pay you, they've just asked you to use an alternative payment method most likely because the payment provider they are using cannot send payments via the method you used to deposit. You need to go back to the operator and work with them to resolve the matter.
