Player's Complaint

I feel like you are the only people that can help me.

I signed up to PWRbet in August. Deposited £200. Felt my gambling was getting the best of me so registered for gamstop. I then could not log into my PWRbet account to withdraw. I contacted support but then Everymatrix left UK market. Long story short it is now 3 months later and no emails are being responded to requesting my money. I have managed to get on PWRbet chat and ask for help and they say they can't discuss accounts and close chat.

I have nowhere else to turn and feel PWRbet have simply stolen from me.

Please help me.

An update for you -

I received an automated email from PWRbet yesterday saying they had rolled my £200 back to my account? That makes no sense as I have not used the account in months and cannot login due to signing up to gamstop?

Im not sure if you have heard from them or not....
