I joined this site on Friday the 23rd of November. i deposited £100, £200 and a final £200 total deposit £500.
I managed to get my account up to £2417.37 and withdrew the money.
I then uploaded to there document upload button on there website both sides of my debit card a bank statement and a passport copy.
All i had back was an email saying they can confirm they have received the documents.
I have tried numerous times over the past 2 days to get through to customer support the number never works and the live chat is always down, i managed to speak to live chat on Saturday afternoon and all they confirmed was they received my documents and said with in 10 hours the documents would be reviewed i haven't had one email from them.
I then on Saturday night reversed my withdrawal and carried on playing and manged to increase my balance to £3,300.17 and i immediately withdrew the deposit.
i have emailed them 3 times over the 3 days and no one has come back or even acknowledged my email.
