Read our Raging Bull Casino Review.
I used a 75 dollar free chip and I deposited 30.00. I did the play through and the account was normalized in front of my eyes. I then won 600 plus dollars. I tried to withdraw and ended up chatting with some guy in customer service. He offered me some start over situation instead. I said no. I then agreed to only withdraw 500.00. It showed that 500 withdrawal was pending. I did more slots and the remaining balance became 300 and then went to 60.00. I tried to deposit again and it went thru and then Casino reversed it and took the 60.00 balance too. - [EDIT]
Hi metwo100,
I've managed to speak to someone at Raging Bull casino about this issue. The situation is as follows:
You accepted a $75 No Deposit Bonus which had a maximum allowed win of $100. You won your balance up to over $500. At this point you then made a minimum allowed deposit of $30. Raging Bull Casino carry the following term:
"While mixing deposits and a free bonus is not allowed, we are aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you make a deposit while using a No Deposit Bonus (e.g. Free Chip, Free Spins offer, etc.), the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the no deposit bonus will still apply."
The above being the case the maximum you would be entitled to would be $100,
Thanks,

Hi metwo100 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you. However you need to be aware that this operator is part of a group that consistently take a long time to both respond to complaints and pay so this is unlikely to be a quick process.
Thanks,
