Player's Complaint

I had $20 free so wagered as per required and that changed to cash then I won $500 and tried to withdraw but was told I had to deposit $30 first so I did then after a couple of days I spoke on live chat and was then told I could only have $100 plus the $30 I had deposited then they asked for proof of ID so I did this then after another few days I asked again on live chat as the money was still pending they then told me I had only just requested to withdraw the money then to top it of they said I was NOT entitled to the money as my husband apparently has an account with them

Hi hallj1082 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before I go any further I need you to confirm whether or not your husband has an account. Raging Bull carry the following term:

"7. Players are allowed only one active account per household, computer, IP address or business address."

I'm afraid to say that if your husband does have an account you have breached the above rule and wouldn't be entitled to the free chip you claimed.

Let me know and I'll move the complaint forward appropriately.

Thank,

ThePOGG

Hi hallj1082,

I've spoken to Raging Bull casino and they've provide evidence supporting your account being in breach of term 7. above. They will be refunding your $30.

Sorry we couldn't be of further help.
