Player's Complaint

I deposited £135 with redbet casino using the bonus code SUPER150 listed on this website, the deposit went through but I had no bonus, I then contacted their live chat who told me the SUPER150 bonus is not useable and then told me I had to wager my money once over before making a withdrawal, this seems out of order since it didn't tell me the code wasn't useable when I deposited, as I wouldn't have deposited if it had. When I said this the customer service agent simply said "sorry but that's how it is" Where I then proceeded to lose all my money.

If this bonus code has expired the operator have not informed us about that. I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.

One point - that you've played with and lost your deposit before making this complaint is likely to complicate this situation further. Where there's an issue like this you need to stop playing and contact us right away.

I've spoken to Redbet and they've reactivated the bonus code and offered to provide you with the bonus fund you didn't receive. They have tried to contact you to inform you of this.

Hello yes they contacted me the other day and the issue has been resolved. Thank you for sorting this out for me it is greatly appreciated, I just wasn't sure where I was supposed to reply to.
