My name [EDIT] I sign up rich ride casino and I’ll deposit £97 than I won £1900 I withdraw my money I send my all documents and I receive emails. I am self excluded this site I have no idea you take money for deposit £97 in my bank account but did not pay my winning money £1900 they close my account and not reply from my email or call for today. UK gambling commission and he say I complain about you when he’s not respond then he did not action. Could you please help me out about my money please thank you

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
