Player's Complaint

deposited 100 euro, and received an instant deposit bonus but before any bets was made i asked support to cancel bonus amount. I made bets only on one slot and after two days i won 2300€.

i decided to withdraw full amonut. After verification process i received an email that my withdrawal was successful, but instead of 2300€ they refunded my deposit without an explanation so far( still waiting for the call from vip manager). Please advise

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Ridika do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Hi alamodbs,

Ridika have informed us that you have previously self-excluded from another casino in the Alpha Interactive Solutions group. This group carry over self-exclusions, but do not make it easy for players to know which properties the exclusion applies to and make no effort to vet registrations to identify excluded accounts. This effectively creates a win/win situation for the operator, where excluded accounts that lose won't be identified and those that win won't be paid, allowing this group to exploit vulnerability.

Sadly, having discussed this issue with this group many times we know that they will not change their position on this practice.
