Player's Complaint

They tell me that I was playing whilst a bonus was in place. I was given 40euros without being asked. I did not use it and was playing a slot game that was real money only, you could not play it with bonus money. I won 8000 euros and when I withdrew it, they said your bonus will be forfeited, so I accepted this and they took the bonus back. They requested identity authorisation e.g the normal documents you send. Seven days later I received a call telling me under T&C I can only receive 700 euros withdrawal because I was playing whilst a bonus was in place, this is despite the fact that it was taken back and I was playing a cash only game. The person delivering this information was not at all interested with my pleas.

Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance. Where you receive a bonus you do not want you need to get it removed BEFORE you start playing. Otherwise, you have accepted the presence of the bonus and therefore agreed to the rules associated with the bonus.

While I sympathise with your situation, the simple truth is that you have accepted the bonus and can be held to the bonus terms as a consequence.

I would also point out that this is a Blacklisted operator so you are more likely to encounter issues playing with this group and we are far less likely to be able to help you.
