Rockbet – Casino processed my withdrawal for the wrong amount and refuses to reply to me when trying to resolve this issue.

Player's Complaint

I cashed out two withdrawals on the same day. My first withdrawal was cashed out at $330. I used a 222% deposit bonus on a $33 deposit. I cashed out at the max of 10 times per the casinos rules. When they subtracted the bonus funds my withdrawal was sent for $255.63, which is right (although I have only received $236 since the 7 days ago that it was processed). Hours later I cashed out at 337.59 off of my other $33 deposit with a 200% deposit bonus. The max I could withdrawal was $330 but I cashed out as son as I hit the over 10 times deposit amount. This withdrawal was processed at 190.59 (sent at the same time as my previous withdrawal yet I haven't received any of it). I habe tried contacting my account manager [EDIT] multiple times and he only replies back that my funds were sent for $447 and completely ignores the fact that my payout should have been for $264 USD and not 190.59. If $330 minus the $66 deposit bonus equals $264 then how to them does it come to $190.59. I have sent them ID numbers which show my withdrawal amount of $337.59 and hear nothing. I am now being completely ignored. I would like to receive my other $283.63 that has not been paid.
