Dear, along with saying hello, my reason for contact is to comment and report the events that I will detail below.

First of all I introduce myself ... My name is [EDIT] I live in Chile and I am Chilean. I am currently 22 years old.

my complaint and requirements are directed to the next casino which you currently license. is a brand name of Raw Entertainment B.V , Reg No 157205, having its registered address at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Curacao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curacao under license 8048/JAZ. Raw Entertainment Limited, Reg No HE421735, having its registered address at Voukourestiou, 25, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Flat/Office11, Zakaki,3045, Limassol, Cyprus is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raw Entertainment BV Raw Entertainment Limited acts as a paying and operational agent on behalf of Raw Entertainment BV 18 to play.

I describe the problem I have with this casino which does not want to respond for the total deposits made to their accounts linked to my personal account and that they provided on their respective platform.

The addresses provided by them for deposits in LTC is the following:

the problem is that they NEVER credited the funds I sent to their addresses. I spoke directly to them, commenting on the issue ... in which they recognized the error and started crediting me with some of the transactions. But the moment I started withdrawing my money ... they stopped and therefore stopped verifying and approving my transactions. I also enclose the amounts that they credited me. I need a solution to this and the full refund of my cryptocurrency funds, since as I mentioned before they were never properly credited to my account.

Notably, they don't reply to my emails and they blocked me from their live support.

Unfortunately you’ve chosen to play with an operator who historically has refused to cooperate with this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf, it is a near certainty that they will refuse to discuss this complaint.
