Player's Complaint

Hi I signed up to royal slots.Com made my first deposit and winnings 150 pounds as normal there contacted me to ask for documentation which I supplied to them about 6to7 times as there kept rejecting them so last time I sent them I new there was all good to send them i waited a week and heard nothing so I contacted live help and he said that my account has been blocked and winnings confiscated and would not tell me why and all he said I can't help u I took screenshots of all communication also have all the emails sent between us I have not broken any rules and there have treated me like a criminal can this be looked into as there is no were to help me. I've spoken to the operator regarding this issue and to move forward and allow them to discuss your complaint and account freely they need your written consent to share information with us. As such I will shortly email you a letter that you need to complete, print, sign, take a photograph of and email to the Royal Slots support email address while CC'ing [email protected] Once you have done this we will follow-up with the operator.
