Player's Complaint

Deposited £9,999 in total, withdrew £50 successfully, then tried to withdraw £8,050 and was asked to verify. Have sent proof of ID, address, bank card, unredacted bank statements, PayPal statements, source of wealth form, proof of sale and clarification over transactions yet just keep getting "account is under review". It's been over 3 weeks now and I've read plenty of other customers have had the same issue going on longer.

Hi, thanks for your prompt response :)

I played a fair bit (only blackjack). I was down just under £7k when I made a £2.2k deposit and got that to £8,050 which I tried to withdraw. I then deposited another £885 which I lost (totalling £9,999 deposits). It wasn't just depositing, losing a bit then trying to withdraw the rest as I can see that could look suspicious.

It's also worth noting as I forgot to mention previously that they declined my withdrawals yesterday and the money was returned to my account. My account is blocked from withdrawing at the moment too. They've had my latest set of documents (PayPal statement) for over a week with no response. I didn't even deposit with PayPal which makes it more weird but I've given them everything they've asked for and I just get fobbed off with "constantly under review".
