Silver Oak – Refund witheld

Found for the Player - As has become standard practice for this group, we've received no response to this complaint what-so-ever.

Player's Complaint

After a lot of emails, Silver Oak and I agreed that they would refund my deposits instead of paying out on a win (they gave false information several times about a query and took 6 weeks to process a withdrawal). Since then they have just refunded $934.75 out of the $3684 they owe me - they have failed to reply to any emails since the beginning of January - they agreed to the refund at the beginning of November. I have written correspondence of the agreement. Please advise.

Hi amesgeorge - welcome back!

As with your other complaints I have to point out to you that Silver Oak are not a UKGC licensed operator and as such you should not be playing with them and they are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

While I will make efforts to contact this operator I need you to understand from the start that this is an operator that is routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service, they are the most complained about operator this year and they've been Blacklisted for these reasons. In short it's unlikely we'll receive any response from them.

Nevertheless I will make efforts to contact them and see if we can get anything back for you.

Thank you - I do appreciate you trying. I have been battling with this one for months so any help would be great! I do no longer play with them or any other non UKGC licenced operator!

Just to say they have told me they are going to refund about two thirds of the deposits ... apparently the other third is too far ago for them to refund (the only reason it is so long ago is that they have taken so long to do this!)
There is however another problem. Since I started all of this I have changed my card details (it has been over four months!) and now they are saying there's nothing they can do ... aaaaargh! It's a nightmare!

Unfortunately there's little we can do to help here - the operator is entirely non-responsive to us. Yours is one of a significant number of complaints not to have received an answer from this group this year.

I'll keep trying for the time being, but I really doubt that this situation is going to change any time soon.

Hi amesgeorge,

Unfortunately we've not had any feedback from the operator regarding this complaint. At this point in time I have no reasonable expectation of that situation changing.

I do know that the CasinoMeister community seems to be having more success in getting responses from this group at the present time so it may be worth trying their service.
