Sky City Casino - unlawful use of Visa debit card


Declined - Complaints related to identity theft/fraud are beyond the remit of this service and need to be managed by the payment provider and police.

Player's Complaint

My visa debit was used on this casino, without my permission, on an account not registered in my name and 2660 + was used that the casino should never have been allowed to occur, as it states in the terms and conditions and F.A.Q section that use of payment methods not in the same name as the account holder is illegal, that all forms of deposit methods must be varifed as the account holder, all funds deposit my be owned by the account holder. They are say the Payments were authorised so it's not that problem or responsibility, but that is not true they are responsible for policing there organization and upholding the rules and regulations. Even though my details were definitely obtained and used by deception and Deposits were apparently authorized, if sky city casino up help the rules and laws of there casino they would not have allowed any account to use payment methods not in the name of the registered account and had systems in place to detect and prevent 3rd party deposit methods that they deem to be illegal being used on by any of ther registered users there I believe I'm entitled to my money back
