Player's Complaint

I received a bonus at and won money. Then I exceeded the maximum bet without further notice and won more money and actually wagered the bonus. Then I tried to make a withdrawal. That didn't work and all my money is gone. I would like the money I won in the amount of around 400 euros back. I will also inform a lawyer about this. I've played like this several times and there have never been any consequences. Only when I win money is everything removed without any indication that it's wrong.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. Where you accept a bonus you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions associated with that bonus. Where you fail to do so, you violate the bonus term and void the bonus contract. That being the case the operator is then within their rights to reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.
