I had set a self exclude, i got an email on 31-8 that it was over so i can play again! Iwas losing and kept depositing till €2500 and then i won alot!! I contacted customor service to verify my account and they were helpfull. After when i tried to cash out they said my account is closed due to have a duplicate account and all my winnings are confiscated. BUT
Fun fact is : They never warned me about duplicate account, the accoubt already exists for a year and they always let me deposit (i never won) now the fact that i [EDIT]… And they cant proof I have a duplicate account?
I want my won money!!!
