Player's Complaint
i did a deposit on the 23.8.2021 and the transaction is done on my bank account, today is the 28.08.2021 and i still dont got the money on my balance on the casino site. ive been contacting the support since the 23. every day, multiple times.
i send them screenshots of the deposit..
now after 5 working days they still tell me "we kindly ask you to wait"
it seems like they dont even try to fix the problem.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 10th of September let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
