Hello there,

I would like to make a complaint about the unfair advantage on casino.

Deposited a few time money there and went to buy bonus games €50 each on money train 2 .

Got my balance to around €950 and never used any bonus deposit code because of these things!

Than i logged in and bought another bonus game on money train 2 and won this huge amount.

Out of nowere €50 bonus money has been added to my account.

Because i was joining some kind of casino race which i did not join ever.

While buying bonus games isnt even disabled when u have bonus money active either thats asking for problems.

Betamo is also from N1 and bonus buy games get disasbled there whenever bonus is active.

On top of that in the term from slothunter they say REAL MONEY will be BET first!

So the spin i was playing should of been real money and not bonus money.

I wanted to make a withdraw than noticed the bonus money was active ??

So canceled the bonus and boom the winning balance was gone??

So why the money is never added to my account neither payed to me as real balance?

While terms say : real money always bet first?

Any email i send they dont reply to me.

Livechat says : wait we come back to you... ye right
