Hello

Please help me . My english is not that good sorry. I played myself up to € 14,000 and where I was € 10,000 I wanted to cash out. The verification then took me a week. During this time I would have gambled almost everything again and was down to € 3,000. Then I played myself up to € 12,400 again and wanted to cash out. Then suddenly it was said that I had violated some guidelines with no evidence without nothing. Please help me, I actually really like to play and have always lost until now and that was several thousand.
