Player's Complaint

Hello, my name is [EDIT]. My username at Slotnuts casino is [EDIT] and my email is [EDIT]. I submitted the last of my documents to Slotnuts on January 6,2016. I received an auto response stating that someone would contact me within 24hrs but I have not heard from anyone. I have emailed them six or seven times and got no response except the same auto response. I have talked to the chat people daily for three weeks and get the same answer. Its with accounts and waiting for an update. The delay is apparently due to the high volume of withdrawal requests. They said on chat "you withdrawal request is still on process for approval by the accounts department. We do apologize for the delay but this is due to the high volume of players requesting for withdrawal. I will try and ask them to speed up the process of your request and Once we receive the update from the accounts department, we'll be contacting you back immediately." I have copies of chats over the last three weeks all of which state that very same statement word for word. I have copies of website promises for payout times, for managers email for complaints that does not exist, and copies of emails that i have sent with no response except auto response. I am totally frustrated and feel like I am losing the battle. My winnings are 2000US dollars and I would really like to get paid. Thank you You can email me at [EDIT].

Hi sherrimama1 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Firstly, apologies for the delay. I've been away from the office recently attending a couple of conferences.

Unfortunately the group you've chosen to play with have become renowned for this type of business practice and regularly take months on end to pay players. I will contact Slots Nuts, but they've also been non-responsive to player complaints over the last few months.

I'll do what I can and update you as and when I have more information.

Hi sherrimama1,

I'm afraid to say that we're getting no response what-so-ever from this group and that includes bounced emails from the address that is supposedly their managers email. I've sent through a final email stipulating a deadline of Friday the 4th of March, but I hold out no great hope of receiving a response in that time.

I'll let you know if I hear anything back.
