Found for the Player - Once again the RealVegas group have failed to pay a player and failed to offer any reason for non-payment. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Made play through of bonus. Withdrawal now delayed 4 months no response. Each time customer service says they will submit a follow up with cashier. No response ever received.

I also want to make you aware that you are one of a long succession of complaints that have been submitted against this group in the last 12 months that have received no response and - to the best of our knowledge - have not been paid. While I'm still happy to try and resolve your issue for you, I do want you to have reasonable expectations about our chances of success, those being rather low.

Hi Doug99z,

Unfortunately SlotNuts have been entirely unresponsive to our repeated attempts to reach them and have failed to even offer a courtesy response to our enquiries.

That being the case there's nothing further we can do to help you. Where we would usually direct the player in this type of situation to the casino's regulator, SlotNuts have no regulator to speak of. As such there's no further avenues to try. All I can suggest is continuing to try contacting the casino directly regularly and you may have some success badgering them to pay.
