Player's Complaint

Hello!

I opened an account on Slot Wolf online casino on 20.08.2020. I replenished the account with 50 euros from my bank account, my brother wanted to give me some more money to play and I replenished the online account with 79 euros using his bank card. I played a whole day, I managed to make a sum of 1000 euros. I uploaded all the necessary documents to be able to withdraw 800 euros from the wolf slot account. The documents as well as the withdrawal were refused, I contacted the customer service and they told me that they did not give me any money and they confiscated my account balance because I used my brother's card. We are brothers, we live in the same house, I don't understand what I did wrong, I provided all the necessary evidence of the transaction and everything that is necessary, but unfortunately they don't want to give me any money! It is not legal what happens once we present all the documents. Plus, the payment was made with Trustly if it was a problem with payment with another card should not have been accepted, in my wolf account I have both credit accounts registered so it is not logical to tell me that I can not use another credit account if they have accepted that transaction!

I want money 800 euros back as it is correct, what is happening is a scam!

Hello!
I understood that but it doesn't seem normal to me to let me play and put money in another bank account, if I put 50,000 euros after I lost and I wanted to withdraw 10,000 euros, they still confiscated my money? [EDIT], confiscated money must go to the state not to the wolf slot. For this irregularity I want to attack in court, it is not at all okay to let me play with money from another account and after you tell me that you have to confiscate my money. Why didn't you confiscate my money before I played?
Plus the account was replenished with money from my account and my brother's account.
The rule says that money must go back to the account owner, who is my brother anyway, why doesn't he receive money, or why it wasn't even discussed about the 79 euros to go back to the account owner?
[EDIT] You are not allowed to confiscate some money in this way!

You agreed to the terms and conditions. You then breached them. It is that simple. If the deposited funds have not been returned to the payment holder we will contest that with the operator.
