Every document that I have uploaded has met their standards and their criteria not only are they not approving them not even getting noticed if they've been viewed it's taking them over 2 months to approve a bank statement and now that they have approved my bank statement after 238 email messages, they tell me that my license that I uploaded over a month and a half ago is expired which it is it expired on my birthday the 27th of December I uploaded the document the first week of November I once everything else was approved and I was to get my winnings, they deny me because my license expired in the meantime I've emailed several times, has mentioned above there's over 238 emails back and forth trying to sort this out and get to talk or get a contact for a supervisor to get that sorted out and not once would I ever get a message saying that I have a contact I would get a message saying the verification team will respond and I get an automatic reply every time and it's been like this for two over two months the winnings aren't much and it's not the fact of how much they are it's the fact of this is b*******
