So sorry,

So after a while I won 9210.15 can

I continued playing, met bonus playthrough

Played and was down to 8841 can

Cashed-out via Wire transfer with help

of chat support, all good

Next day my cashout moved to Checked-out

Everything was normal

Next day I received an Email I had breached the Bonus terms and My winnings

were confiscated.

I was very surprised, Slotjoint is a very good operator and I know I never played more than 5can dollars on any slot, I waw informed the terms are max 4dollars of any currency... I was very surprised almost all operators have at least a 5 euro max bet which make it around 7,5 can, I never thought or wanted to breach the terms, this was an error, if you look at my playthrough it s evident there was no intention to exploit the bonus system and since I own before I made a mistake theses winnings were won fair and square, terms are to protect operators against abuse, you can clearly see there was no abuse and I didn t benefited from the other bets, as I lost from my original win when I cashed out. I try to discuss an arrangement and some good will with the operator as they are a very trustworthy and player friendly operator but they stand by their decision.

I would like to know if you could help solve this in a win-win scenario.

Btw was I know I made a mistake, it's my fault, still I won fairly and didn't abuse the bonus system or benefited from my mistake I think SLotjoint should consider this in their decision

Thanks for you help

Hi delislep01,

Sadly there's nothing we can do to help you in this situation. If you've breach the bonus terms the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions. All we could suggest is that in future you ensure you read the bonus terms associated with a promotion before playing.

Sorry we could not be of further help.

Thank you very much for your help

I will be more careful in the future.

Bonus terms are there to protect operators

from players who abuse, that was not my case

but I totally understand, Slotjoint is a good

and trustworthy operator and I thank them also for taking the time to look into this issue again.

Best regards
