SlotJoint – won’t pay 5,000$ winning

Ruling

Resolved - Despite a breach of SlotJoint's max bet policy, SlotJoint have agreed to pay this player in this instance, a very player friendly decision.

To be clear, SlotJoint would have been within their rights not to pay this player. The factors that contributed to the decision to pay were that the violating bets were small in number, did not demonstrate an abusive playing pattern and most importantly every violating bet lost (i.e. returned 0).

Player's Complaint

Hi, made a 100$ deposit, played thru the requirements. Went up to 5,000$. Won't pay because they say i played over 4$,wich i did but after i cleared the bonus playing IMMORTAL ROMANCE ( 3$ a turn ). Anyway this doesn't make any sense. Been playing on a lot of casinos and won several disputes with your help before. Never heard of such a thing.Thank you

Hi viniz113,

In response to your email - yes there has been some progress with your complaint.

SlotJoint have forwarded on your full play history for me to review. Unfortunately you did violate the maximum allowed bet term, long before you completed the wagering requirements.

After 470 spins at $3/spin on Immortal Romance you briefly switched over to playing Baccarat and used a progressive betting pattern that saw you wagering up to $81 on a single round of play. Your wagering requirement for the bonus was 40x100 = 4000 and you had only wagered $1410 at this point.

This is a breach of bonus terms and as such SlotJoint are well within their rights to void the balance associated with the bonus, which was subsequently used to generate the far more significant win.

However, I've spent several hours discussing this issue with SlotJoint. The bets that exceeded the limit were all losing bets. In other words you didn't gain any advantage from them. Alongside this, your playing pattern simply isn't indicative of an abusive style of play. While you have violated the rules I have managed to reach an agreement with SlotJoint wherein they are going to overlook the violation in this single instance and pay your full balance.

I believe they will contact you by email later today.

My advice to you would to be very careful in future to abide by this term - the vast majority of operators wouldn't have been prepared to overlook this violation especially considering the significant balance - so you've really got lucky here playing with an operator who are making efforts to be amongst the most player friendly in the industry.

If you could confirm when you've heard from SlotJoint I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
