Player's Complaint

I requested my $1,950 I got email stating need documents. I won at Real Vegas as well which now has another complaint. I have to call to speak to management 10:00 pm. I met all the requirements and I am getting nonsense now. I deposited using the new money voucher. Between Real Vegas and SlotNuts I was expecting my withdraws. It was won playing on slots as they say and requested after all terms met and after withdraw requests submitted played non slots. There was six 2000 payments scheduled I know I'm going to have to fight to get any.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that is unlicensed, non-responsive to player complaints posted at this service and that is well known for this type of issue. I will contact the operator to see if we can find out anything for you, but you need to understand from the outset that the likelihood of success is low.

Unfortunately we've repeatedly tried to contact Slot Nuts about your complaint and received no response what-so-ever to any of our efforts. At this point I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

Alongside this, as Slot Nuts do not hold any gambling license, we cannot direct you to any other body to escalate your complaint.
