SlotOBank - bonus confusion

Player's Complaint

I registered too slotobank and got a bonus and wagering of 35000sek.

During my playtime in the casino I checked my wagering often. Even so much that the agent said to me to stop asking so much. Last time I asked I only had 279sek left do wager and said I was sorry for asking so many times. I was really careful and and made the wagering. And when I made a withdrawal of 4600sek they said after a week that I cancelled the bonus.

I said to them to look through the chat and they confirmed all that I said above. And I asked them why I would cancel my bonus when I already was done. They didn't care and said they have 'evidence of me cancelling the bonus.

I was gutted. How can I trust a casino when they just can make this up? Its ridiculous that I would cancel a bonus when I'm done with wagering.

What can i do? Is there something u can do or the game commission can do?

Hi bingorimer1 - welcome back.

I have a fairly substantial concern about this complaint from the outset. This is your second complaint to this site, the first about Ruby Royal, a casino that have been on our Blacklist for a long time and this one about SlotOCash another casino that we actively list as Not Recommended.

Alongside this you're playing in Swedish Krona. From this I assume that you're a citizen of Sweden. Both the casinos that you've submitted complaints about accept US players. It's fairly common knowledge that US facing casinos have a higher level of player issues. The casinos that you've selected will not be engaged in large scale marketing within your country and there's an array of European casinos that are actively marketing within Sweden that are far less likely to result in problem.

The point I'm making with the above is that the fundamental issue here - the reason you keep having to submit complaints - is that you're actively choosing to play with casinos that are more likely to result in issues.

I'll contact SlotOCash about this issue, but I hope you'll choose your casinos more wisely in future.

You say you trusted this casino because it offered Net Entertainment games? SlotOCash casino are a RealTime Gaming casino and do not offer any Net Ent games. Are you thinking of SlotOBank casino? They do offer Net Ent games.
