on may 14th I made a deposit for 100.00 dollars using my chase bank card the deposit was processed as Tripay deposit and approved. I claimed a bonus with 5 percent playthrough .i started playing after a short while suddenly my balance of 643.00 dollars was zeroed by the casino without any warning . i contacted the casino via chatline 3 different chat agent hung up on me and refused any explanation .I called the casino my phone calls were not answered .finally my account was locked .I sent an email to the customer support asking for explanation and stated if I dont hear from the casino within 24 hours I will claim a dispute. the casino have not answered my email and I still do not know the reason behind such behavior . also on may 10th i made a withdrawal for amount of 2500.00 dollars the withdrawal was successful pending approval and I already forwarded my documents to the casino. now I dont know if the withdrawal will be processed or not . .i cant login nor the use the chat line . that is why I am claiming this dispute
