I cashed out $240.42 on Feb 19, 2018 with Slotsplus.eu payment was to be sent ""check by mail". On Feb 28 I received an email stating the funds were approved and I would receive an email when the check was sent. (To date no check has been sent and the funds are still in my account). Today after sending aprox 10 emails and numerous chat sessions I was asked by the finical dept if I had received the funds for the Feb 19, 2018 cashout. The first red flag was the funds were still in my account as of today. No check received.
I had a 2nd cashout on March 2, 2018 for $400.70 this check was to be sent Fedex courier. To date no payment has been received. The withdraw was approved according to finical department. I have sent them numerous emails and go online into the chat. I have copies of all emails and most of the chat sessions. I have been told for weeks now I'm in the next batch of checks to be sent out by the 3rd party vendor and they are sorry for the delay.
I have been a loyal customer of this casino and made numerous deposits. I have had several cashouts before without any issues. All of my documents have been approved so the issues related to these cashouts are on the casinos end. If needed I will forward all emails and transcripts of the chat sessions.
