Slotty Vegas - pogg free spin bonus not honoured


Resolved - This issue was directly cause by an error I made which meant the player did not automatically receive the correct bonus. When Slotty Vegas were informed of the issue, they very quickly helped me rectify the mistake on my site and called the player to ensure that they were appropriately taken care of.

On a personal level I would like to apologise to the player for their negative experience and thank Slotty Vegas for quickly doing the right thing.

Player's Complaint

I clicked the link from ThePOGG website to join Slotty Vegas. They would not honour the free spin bonus offered by ThePOGG. I was given the usual welcome bonus complimentary spins (25.) They suggested that I complain to you for offering a bonus which they did not agree with or offer. I found the discussions I had frustrating and asked them to close my account for not honouring the bonus and they then said they would close it on the basis that I was self excluding!!!!!!!! I dont know why you have this site in your top ten. Please take me off your mailing list [EDIT].

Hi imanoldgirl - welcome to! I'm sorry to hear that you've had problems with Slotty Vegas, but I can assure you that the bonus as advertised is correct and the agent you spoke to clearly made a mistake. I would say that before you start levelling criticism at us you should at least give this service the opportunity to do what it is intended to do and resolve this issue. We have well over a hundred players with the BETAT/Slotty Vegas group and we get very few legitimate complaints about them. If you provide me your username and the email address you use at Slotty Vegas I'll be happy to go back to the casino and see what I can find out for you. For the time being I've removed you from our generic email list (which rarely gets used) but I have left your email address within the complaint system (which is never used for marketing purposes) so that you can see and respond to complaints. Hi imanoldgirl,

Firstly I want to say "thank you" for getting back to me and giving me the opportunity to resolve this issue.

I've just been informed by Slotty Vegas that they had one of their 'Team Leaders' call you and have resolved this issue.

I want to take full responsibility here - in discussion it turns out that the link you clicked through was the wrong link. I'd made a mistake in setting this up and this meant that your account did not automatically qualify for the correct bonus as it should have. I can only apologise for this error. It has been corrected now, but if any other players have experienced similar issues they should let me know.

I will of course wait for you to confirm that you're happy with the situation and if there's anything else, just let me know :)
