Player's Complaint
I just registrate me as a new custumer at Slotwolf. First i lost some money, and then i was lucky to win about 12000 NOK.
I order a withdraw and sent in requested documents. They was very fast and pay me out 10500 on my Neteller.
That was also my deposite way. The same day, on the evening i play some more and was lucky again and won.
I now tried first to withdraw all my winnings that was total 10600NOK in my account.
The money went back into my account without a explenation. I order it again and the same thing happend.
i was in contact with them on live chat and they told me that they have a technical issue.
I have tried 4 times after that and the money just getting back into my casino account.
Can you please take contact with them for me and ask what is the problem here?

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
