Hi kevkevkev90 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Spicy Spins do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Specifically which term has the operator claimed you violated?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

'm sorry to inform you that your withdraw will not be paid out due to irregular

play in terms of the following conditions;. Betting rules. You must bet according to the specific

rules of the game you are playing.. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or

confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:Placing

total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play. Therefore your

winnings will be voided. You are able to confirm that your bets were equal or greater than 30%.

This is what they sent. They're saying it's because I bet more than 30% my deposit even though I took no bonus and can't see it anywhere on their site.

Hi Kevkevkev90,

Sadly there's nothing we can do for you in that instance. It is our understanding that applying maximum bet terms outside of bonus play is non-compliant with EU consumer laws, but having discussed this issue with this group of operators many times in the past I can say with certainty that they will not change their position.

Sorry we could not be of further help!
