Firstly, please do not type in all caps.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you with this matter. Spin Samba are a private business. They are entitled to decline any customer for any reason that is non-discriminatory in nature. If the operator's feels that the burden you are creating with repeated complaints about losses is more than they are willing to accommodate, they are entirely within their rights to decide to suspend your access to their services.
We would only be able to assist in this type of situation where there was a live balance (not comp points etc) that the operator had refused to pay out as well.
