I'm trying to withdraw. The site claims visa withdraw available.

No visa avail.

So I try to bank transfer and after details are entered and push withdraw a message says 11 digits minimum . I've sent emails chat but no reply

I'm so disappointed in the service

I want my money and these casinos make it impossible to get it

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
