Player's Complaint
My account where shut down at Spinia and I didn't get my winnings because of the fact that I've made a new account at Spinia with a new e-mailaddress. I was blocked because of gambling addiction since before with my old e-mail.
Two days later, I was able to register an account at Bob casino with the same e-mail that Spinia choose to close. I did later notice that they are sistersites. I did try to contact Bobcasino and ask for a refound of my deposits since my account were shut down at Spinia because of double accounts and that I had gambling addiction, but they won't reply to my e-mail at all.
So what I want is my deposits back from Bobcasino, since they and Spinia are sistersites.
Thank you so much for your help.

Hi sandra1996,
As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.
You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/
To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
If you have any questions about the above, let me know.
As to your claim specifically - what you've done here actively undermines your original claim which we are in the process of managing. The MGA as a regulator has a zero tolerance policy towards players that self exclude then actively look to circumvent said self exclusion by registering again and looking to claim back losses. The original claim is problematic as you've changed your registration details to avoid detection. To also have registered an account at another operator that just so happens to be on the same license start to take on the appearance of a pattern of behaviour.
Beyond this, the MGA license - which is what you would be currently subject to - requires that a player who is self excluding has to request that their exclusion be extended to other properties on the license before the exclusion would apply to more than the website it was requested at. When self excluding at Spinia, did you ask for the exclusion to carry over to all properties on the same license?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
