Hello sir, mam,
I have used my companys bank which is mine to deposit money. They accused me of breaching the rules because its not my bank, which in i already explained it is mine because im am shareholder of the company so its also my bank. Without further comprising they closed my account and took the deposited money. I reached out to them to solve the problem asking if they could give back the €100 deposited because they clearly stated they would confiscate the WINNINGS. However they kept the the whole amount. I really dont care about the winnings but i do care about the fact that they are trying to steal money while stating they would only confiscate the winnings. After multiple efforts of coming too agreement they keep accusing me of not using my own bank and that they are keeping the winnings....
Why is it that when wrongly accused none listen [EDIT]. Later on i saw that Spinia was blacklisted i regret not searching beforehand.
