Player's Complaint

On April 2nd 2019 at 13:32 UTC, i placed a bet totalling 13 euros, with 2 euros on 29 on immersive roulette. They had a problem which was going to be investigated under casenumber SD-410074. I have contacted Evolution and my casino several times with no outcome. Eventually, Evolution said that the case had been resolved and the information had been sent to my casino. My casino however, claimed that no information has been given to them. Evolution said later the following:

The resolution of the case SD-410074 was forwarded to Casino Customer Support on 04/Apr/19 at 11:05 UTC.

You claimed that the winning number was not registered

In the game at 13:32:24 UTC and winning number was 29 Black.

I can see that that the winning in the amount of 72.00 EUR was credited to your account at 13:57:27 UTC (on which i asked: Today?!)
