Player's Complaint

On Friday night the 17th of May I made a deposit with them that they say got stuck. I then said find I will wait for them to check it, then proceeded to make another deposit at Genisses casino witch I didn't know at time is their sister casino witch also got stuck. It's now Tuesday and both casinos is yet to credit my valid deposit. I am now fed up of asking and asking and asking

Hi there, the update in that situation with Spinit has been solved as they credited me, but the sister casino, Genisses still has not credited me my R300. They keep giving me bullshit ecusses about EFT having a niyor crash on the 17th of May but that money left my account on Friday already and yet they have not credited me.
