Player's Complaint

after joining and receiving the welcome bonus. I played through the wager req fine to be left with £1800. after the withdrawal pending for a week today I find only £100 in my account and the rest confiscated.

no email explaining why so I head to live chat to be told €100 maximum withdrawal from free spins.

I literally won like £2 from the free spins and their tncs are seriously unclear about this

I feel this is very unjust and looking for some advice as I feel I've been treated very unfairly here.

I won £1500 on a slot that you can't even use free spins on!!

Hi chrismelv - welcome to!

Please clarify - were you playing with money won from the free spins?

June 11, 2018

I had a small amount of balance left in my account already. the money I won from free spins was added to my balance. So it's impossible to say

I was also told repeatedly for a week that my pending withdrawal was fine with no problems but it needed to be approved by a manager.

I've asked them to send me all the evidence as soon as I have it I'll post

thanks for your help

2 days later after being told the evidence would be sent but still waiting. if what they're saying is true why would they let me continue playing for a week building up the money?

I knew this big win was too good to be true

Hi chrismelv,

I've now received all your transaction records from SpinIt. Unfortunately we cannot support your claim. The time line of events is as follows:

- You made a deposit of £10 on the 3/6 at 15:13:05 server time and receive the 100% welcome bonus.

- You then play with this balance and deplete it to zero at 18:05 server time.

- On the 4/6 you return and use the 200 free spins associated with the welcome package. At this point your balance jumps from zero to 19.88 without any deposits.

From this point on you are playing with funds solely generated from the free spins and as such are subject to a maximum cash out of £100.

- Over the next few days you make, and subsequently cancel a large number of withdrawals as your balance moves up and down until on the 7/6 at 18:20 you hit a win of 1592.50. At this point there have been no further deposits since you lost your deposit/bonus on the 3/6 and then claimed the free spins on the 4/6. As such this win is still subject to the maximum withdrawal of £100 when playing with the free spins.

The above being the case SpinIt are entirely within the terms of the bonus contract to only pay out the £100 generated from play with funds derived from the free spins.

Sorry we could not be of further help,
