Player's Complaint

Hello

I won 800 euros and the casino does not pay me that. It is claimed that I bet a bet of 5 euros during the bonus. My bet was at most 0.50 cents. In the conditions is no bet / stake over 5 euros, but it is not possible that it is not allowed to buy free games. When buying free games I spent more than 5 euros. that's right. But it is in the terms and conditions not in it that violates it. If the terms and conditions were formulated differently or would stand in it "buy free games over 5 Euro not allowed during bonus active" then yes .. then I wouldnt be in right.D but that is not so in there, so I'm right.

Hi kacharmanova - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As we are the ADR for the White Hat Gaming license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

Before we go any further - what game were you playing?

Thanks,

Hi Kacharmanova,

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If you have engaged the feature shown below:

this would be considered a violation of the maximum bet rule. You are placing a wager of 25, 31.25 or 37.50.

I'm sorry we cannot be of further help!
