Springbok - Casino does not payout

Resolved - This player has become non-responsive to our repeated request for further information. As such we assume they no longer require our assistance.

Player's Complaint

Springbok casino refused to payout R2488. Their excuse is: "

"players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise"

Account was less than R0 and I paid R150 in order to claim their bonus of R1000.

Their terms and conditions are that you need to playthrough R65000 in order to claim any winnings and maximum winnings of R2500. I played through R65000 and credit dropped from R5000 to R2488 which i proceeded to withdraw and today they declined it!

Similar to thousands of other complaints i read today, this Casino should be blacklisted

Definitely not. That was my only withdrawal after i after i did my playthrough according to their terms and confitions
