Player's Complaint

Springbok casino complaint: I requested permanent ban from springbok casino however they continued to allow me to deposit resulting in thousands of Rands lost.

I would like to get my deposits refunded as I knew I had a problem and thought the casino would prevent me from losing further. My username at the casino is [EDIT]. I requested permanent self exclusion on 2 August 2017.

This complaint has been dropped as the player has chosen to send through rude and verbally abusive emails.

Our service and staff are not here to either take abuse or deal with players who behave in such a fashion.
