Hey, first they asked for multiple documents and after weeks they asked for a skype call i did the skype call with them and after that they said that they will pay me only the deposit back wich was 200 euros the reason was that ''As far as we can see, you failed Skype verification, so your winnings were confiscated'' can u do something about this please

This is an identical issue to a case already reviewed for this player, using a different username, against the same group and relates to the same breach of terms as the other case - Our ruling on this matter is the same and no further posts will be approved on this thread.

As a warning to other users - do not open multiple accounts with this service.
