Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Superior do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Secondly, GamStop are a UK based self exclusion scheme. Only participating operators with a UKGC license will be aware of a GamStop based exclusion.
