Player's Complaint
I self excluded from 24vip casino 18/04/2019 using reason gambling problem, I opened an account with superior the next day and again self excluded once again after playing recklessly only to find they are sister sites, I dont feel I should have been able to open the second account withing the group! Also now I have read on several threads it doesn't even have a UK licence so dont understand how I was able to use either site mentioned?

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance.
Superior Casino are licensed in Curacao. The Curacao licensors do not require as standard that a self exclusion at a property extends beyond that property.
If you want that protection you need to ensure that you only play with UKGC licensed operators.
