Svenbet - Hidden terms + hiding history

Found for the Casino - This player has breached the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Read our Svenbet Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

I have a bad experience with Svenbet from the beginning.

2 weeks ago i played blackjack using my real balance. I had a balance of 250 euro. I placed a 50 euro bet but my bet was rejected so i was back at my 250 balance. The round after i placed my stake of 50 euro again and it was processed. However the balance showed me 150 euro instead of 200.

It took me 7/8 days before svenbet finally resolved the issue and credited back the money. They gave me a 10 euo loyalty bonus.

,p>The terms we're shown, it has to be wagered 35 times and could be used in the casino.

I Played monopoly and the 10 euro bet made me 160. Eventually i made 800 euro. I wanted to withdraw it but it randomly got deducted from my balance.

I later on received a mail that i breached the max stake limit. For that reason my 800 euro has been deducted. I find this very misleading because of the following:

- On the bonus page you will see a small part of the bonus terms.

- You only see what games are available for the bonus (in my case all the casino games)

- Not showing all the rules is misleading and makes it like there are no rules

- There is no system that warns you if you wager too much.

- There is no redirection to the complete terms/rules

- Upon claiming the bonus nobody asked me if i accepted the terms

So there was no way for me to know about this specific rule until they deducted my money.

I managed to complete the 35 wager time of the bonus they granted me after they had a technical issue. They mislead people by showing a small portion of the bonus terms without saying there is more. I made 800 from 10 euro bonus money and they try to sneak it away like this. This is just too misleading.

Also my first bet was 10 euro which made me 160. If they decided to deduct my money i expected them only to take the part where i "breached" the terms.. Apparently they removed the monopoly game from my game history. Luckily i still have the ingame history.

I really hope i can get my full amount of money back since i wagered it. The money has been turned into real balance but has been deducted from my account since they never informed me about the other rules. I hope this issue gets resolved asap.

Hi ridgedpotato - welcome to!

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Reviewing the promotional section of the Svenbet website if you click the 'Read More' on any bonus other than the free spins you will find the following term:

"9. Maximum Bet amount you can place when you have an Active Bonus is 5€/£/$ per bet. Bets higher than 5€/£/$ will be excluded from the wagering requirement and winnings will be forfeited."

This is also included in their general terms and conditions:

"1.8 Bonus/ Promotions Rules are described in the "Promotions" part ofthe website, where you can see the conditions applied for each bonus and/or promotion. Maximum Bet amount you can place when you have an active casino bonus is 5€ (or currency equivalent) per spin on a slot game or 15% of the total bonus given (whichever comes first)."

When you signed-up you agreed to the general terms and conditions. When you play with a bonus you have 'accepted' its presence in your account and accepted the terms associated with the bonus. Finally there are no licenses that currently require operators to enforce the maximum allowed bet automatically. It is the player's responsibility to abide by the terms they have agreed to.

Given the violation of bonus terms the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
