Player's Complaint
Hey! Ive tried to self exclude from tangierscasino due yo gambling addiction. The chat was quite responsive until i told them i wanted to self exclude permanently due to gambling addiction which i stated in the chat, the chat assistant asked me again why i wanted to close my account and i told them gambling addiction again. The chat went quiet for about 15min after several messeages from me i got connected to a chat assistant who told me he had added 25eur free cash to my account and told me that future deposits would be insured by 10% cashback. But if i still wanted to close my account i could contact support by email. Highly unethical and not in accordance with their own responsible gambling policy. I have not gambled anymore after asking for them to close my account so i dont have any funds to contest and have emailed there support as instructed.
