Player's Complaint

I made a deposit of $250 plus the bonus. Played through and won enough money that t didn’t still count as a bonus. Decided to withdraw funds after I successfully went through the verification process. No more than two days later and my account has been suspended and my withdraw rejected. I have attempted to contact them and have received nothing in return.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. Ok, thank you I appreciate that. I received an email back from them and they said they found inconsistencies, and left it at that and said the issue has been dealt with and is closed and unrevocable

Yes, the issue has not been resolved. I was given a very simple answer, that my account was closed due to inconsistencies, with no further explanation or information regarding whether or not I would we receiving any of the money that I won.

Tangier Casino has provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this account has breached the terms of use in a non-redeemable fashion. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
